# Plex.tv/link on Xbox and PlayStation

> Download Plex from the Microsoft Store or PlayStation Store, select Sign In, and enter the code at plex.tv/link to use Plex on your console.

Download Plex from your console's store, open it, and select **Sign In**. Go to **plex.tv/link** on your phone or computer and enter the code. Console apps need a signed-in account to work.

## Steps to link Plex on a console

**1. Download Plex**

On Xbox, open the **Microsoft Store**. On PlayStation, open the **PlayStation Store**. Search **Plex** and download it.

**2. Open Plex and select Sign In**

Launch the app and choose **Sign In** to show the 4-character code.

**3. Go to plex.tv/link**

On another device, open [https://plex.tv/link](https://plex.tv/link) and sign in.

**4. Enter the code**

Submit the code. Your console refreshes and signs in.
